Time to burn some fat



Already March, the time flies by and my next competition is getting closer. So close that the preparations started already today, now the off-season is over and it is time to burn some fat. I am so excited, will be so interesting to see how much progress I have achieved since last competition. At least I have really focused at my leg workout during the off-season, and it have grown to be my favorite workout these days. Hate that turned into love.

The diet do not look that different than the off season nutrition program, just some smaller amounts of food but same groceries. In addition to the gym workouts I will now start doing the morning cardio on empty stomach. I like doing morning cardio, especially outside, you get extra energy and feel fresh all day long.

And if the whether outside do not please me, I am lucky to have my stair climber at home. Today's fat burning was done at it.





When telling people that I will compete in the fall again I usually get the reaction that people feel sorry for me. They feel sorry for me since I have to be on a diet in the summer time. Well, I think summer is the best time to prepare for a competition. And I do not have to be on a diet, it is something that I want and what I have been waiting for. If you start dieting thinking of all things you have to give up, maybe it would be the best solution to not start it at all.
